1. Sunshine warm enough to sleep in and melt the snow!

1 &2. New exercise toy and App. Using Play pedometer and Striiv app for fun with bff.

3. Union College ballpark banner in support of my awesome nephew, a member of the team. #LLOYDSTRONG

4. Actual yarn from spinning. Batts from Debbi that I finally spun. Apparently the only photo I have and will need to change that to show its true beauty! Thanks Debbi!

5. Dixie the queen. Chillin’

1 & 2. My view on a bonus day of skiing!

3. Fatcatknits falkland fiber in color Magnolia. Watch for its transformation into a colorwork hat!

4. DD3 loves to write oh her white boards. I found this love note to her dad one night in the hallway. AW!

5. Baby cousin’s surprise visit! Especially love that she is sporting her handknits!

1. DD1′s League Champion team! (11-0 in league play!) She’s front row, first on the left. Off to the State Tournament…

1. A glorious winter walk the morning after a big snowstorm.

2. A measure of how a child grows…holding cast from 8 years ago!

3. An awesome picture of my pal Debbi (photo credit to Kate Huth) at her Portland trunk show. How I wish I could have been there to support my friend and rockstar knitwear designer.

4. A new yarn from Anne Hanson of Knitspot, breakfast blend DK in burnt toast. It is so soft and squishy. Check back next week to see what it became!

Indecision

Ever feel like you are having a hard time making a decision? I do. Right now, I am working on a pretty new color work hat (all shall be revealed in the fullness of time) and I can’t decide which color combo.

Then I think, if that is my toughest decision today, I am in pretty good shape.

It’s not like I am having an identity crisis like someone I know…

Am I a cuddly puppy?

Or a kitty?

Or a birdie?

Oh Dixie, I think my decision is much easier!
